ISA Arrests two Israeli-Arabs accused of aiding terrorist who carried out Kibbutz Metzer attack.
23/12/2002
The two suspects are Ahmed Tzabri Mahmud Kabha from Um El Kutuf and
Magdi Fuad Mustafa Sa'id from Baka Al-Garbiyeh.

On 10th November 2002, a lone terrorist, affiliated to the Al-Aksa
brigade, infiltrated Kibbutz Metzer, murdering Tirza Damari
, Yitzhak Dori, Revital Ohayon, Matan and Noam Ohayon. He then escaped to the
nearby village of Um El Kutuf where he chanced upon Kabha and asked him
to hide his weapon until it could be returned to the organization.

Later on, the terrorists made contact with Sa'id and instructed him to
collect the gun from Kabha, who then returned it to the Al-Aksa brigade
in Tul-Karm.

The two will be charged by the State Prosecutor's Office in Haifa.

It should be noted that the Al-Aska brigade has used Israeli-Arabs many
times in their terrorist activities.

The Palestinian terrorist organizations take advantage of the freedom of
movement enjoyed by Israeli-Arabs in Israel and the fact that they are
familiar with accepted norms within Israel.
