The Prime Minister called on port employees to refrain from striking, which will harm the economy, and to continue negotiations with the Government.

At the same time, the Prime Minister directed the Director General of his Office, Ilan Cohen, to assemble a meeting, as soon as possible, with representatives of the Ministry of Finance and representatives of the workers and Histadrut, with the goal of continuing to try to reach an agreement.

The Prime Minister thanked the Minister of Finance, Chairman of the Finance Committee, Chairman of the Coalition and Chairman of the Knesset Committee for their determination in passing the reforms.
