This afternoon, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon appointed a team to conduct the negotiations to widen the coalition.

The team will include attorney Yoram Rabed as Chairman, Prof. Ya’akov Ne’eman, Eyal Arad, attorney Eitan Haberman and the Chairman of the Coalition, MK Gidon Sa’ar.

At noon, the Prime Minister met with members of the team, and instructed them, in preparation for the commencement of negotiations on Sunday, to maintain the political and economic principles and the political plan.

The Prime Minister directed the members of the team to meet during the negotiations with representatives of the parties which are members of the coalition as well, in order to update them as to the details of the negotiations and to consult with them.
