Prime Minister Ehud Olmert today, began a series of working meetings with Cabinet ministers. 

His first meeting was with Education Minister Yuli Tamir, due to the great importance that the Prime Minister ascribes to the issue of education. 

Prime Minister Olmert said that education was first on the Government's list of priorities and required a well-ordered approach. 

He asked Minister Tamir to prepare an orderly working plan by July when the educational system's priorities are due to be presented. 

The two discussed various issues regarding the education system.
