Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, last night, spoke with Vida Mashour, widow of Lufty Mashour, one of the leading Arab journalists in Israel.

Prime Minister  said: “As a journalist and as the editor of Al-Sinara, Lufty worked for reconciliation between Jews and Arabs. 

With his passing, Israeli society has lost a senior journalist who also worked for freedom of expression and the advancement of journalism.”
