Prime Minister Ehud Olmert today, held security consultations following yesterday’s terrorist bombing in Eilat in which three Israelis were murdered.  Defense Minister Amir Peretz, Public Security Minister Avi Dichter, Deputy Defense Minister Ephraim Sneh, IDF Chief-of-Staff Lt.-Gen. Dan Halutz, ISA Director Yuval Diskin, Israel Police Deputy Commissioner Benny Kaniak and other senior officials attended the consultations.  Security officials discussed all aspects of the attack and offered detailed recommendations on the steps that Israel should take.
