Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Director-General Ra'anan Dinur, Finance Ministry Director-General Yarom Ariav, Interior Ministry Director-General Ram Belinkov and Histadrut labor federation Chairman Ofer Eini today agreed to an outline to resolve the problem of the non-payment of local council employees' salaries. 

The agreement, which was reached under the auspices of Labor Court President Judge Steve Adler and Judge Nili Arad, is similar to the proposal that Histadrut Chairman Eini received yesterday from Finance Minister Avraham Hirchson, Interior Minister Ronnie Bar-On and PMO Dir.-Gen. Dinur.
