Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met this afternoon, with international Quartet Envoy Tony Blair. 

The Prime Minister emphasized their obligation to act towards improving the economic situation of the Palestinian population in Judea and Samaria and to cooperate with the Quartet and the international community in advancing economic projects for the Palestinians.
