Comments:
The Shas ministers were dismissed by the Prime Minister for voting against the Government in the Knesset 21.5.02.  The resignations took effect on 23.5.02.  Minister Asher Ohana was not a Member of Knesset, and therefore was not dismissed.  The Shas ministers rejoined the Government 3.6.02.
Minister David Levy tendered his resignation 28.7.02, which took effect 30.7.02.
Minister Ra’anan Cohen tendered his resignation 15.8.02, which took effect 18.8.02.
The Labor Party ministers tendered their resignations 30.10.02, which took effect 2.11.02.
Minister Reuven Rivlin tendered his resignation 17.2.03, which took effect 19.2.03
