Government Advertising Bureau
The Government Advertsing Bureau (http://www.lapam.gov.il) serves as an advertising and production office for government offices, legal corporations, government companies and public bodies. The Bureau provides a range of professional services, including market analyses, developing market strategies and creative conceptualization and media planning and its release to the media, including television, radio, print media, outdoor advertising and the internet.
The Bureau staff has over fifty years of experience in planning and implementing public advertising campaigns. All this knowledge, experience and creativity are at the service of the public at any time.
The budget for advertising is, in the main, directed towards purchasing advertising space in the press, radio and television, as required by the subject matter and the customer, and after assessing the target population.
To meet these criteria, the Bureau employs professionals from the fields of budgeting, purchasing, communication, production, planning, interviewing and graphics.
The Bureau functions as a closed financial market whose financial resources are derived from the sale of its professional services. The attractive prices which the Bureau obtains for its clients for media exposure (which is the main expenditure for publications) provide a considerable savings to public funds. This is in addition to the professional and cost-effective production work undertaken in all fields.
The Bureau operates the government title-page at http://www.israel.gov.il, the government tenders page at http://michrazim.lapam.gov.il and specializes in publicizing and creating web sites for government offices and public bodies.
