I am sending my qualifications to see if you accept me for work in Abu Kabeer hospital, as a technician.

The Department of Health Professions of the Ministry of Health has informed us that a necessary pre-requisite for practicing medicine in the State of Israel is Israeli citizenship or residency.  While there are special cases in which the Ministry of Health grants licenses to foreigners, it is on condition that they have been personally invited by one of the hospitals in Israel.
